Every plan includes every feature and unlimited customers. They differ only in how many drivers you have and how many stops your drivers make each month.

A trip is one pickup and one delivery, which is two stops.
The plans differ only in drivers and stops. Every feature is in all three.
Your customers pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card, straight into your own Stripe account. Paying the driver or the counter still works too.
"On my way" and "Done". That's the whole job.
Everyone sees today's stops. Start one and it's yours. No dispatching.
Your customer gets a simple push when something changes, and can message you in the order.
Count and weigh items at the counter, and track every order through In the Shop.
A photo at pickup and at drop-off, so everyone knows it arrived.
Set a repeating day and time once, with your own pickup windows and service area.
Everyone gets the access they need.
Cash, card at delivery or in the app, plus the unpaid list.
It's optional. Your customers can always pay the driver or the counter instead, and nothing about your plan changes.
About 2.9% + 30¢ of each payment, paid to Stripe, like any card terminal. The money goes straight to your own Stripe account. We never hold it.
A flat $1.25 per in-app payment, taken from the payment. If your convenience fee is lower, you cover the difference. If it's higher, you keep it.
Optional, and yours to keep. You choose a flat fee from $0 to $3 (the default is $1.25) that your customer pays on top of what they owe. It's always $0 in CT, ME, MA and PR.
A customer owes $50.00 and pays in the app. Your convenience fee is the default $1.25.
| Order amount | $50.00 |
| Your convenience fee | + $1.25 |
| Customer pays | $51.25 |
| Stripe's card fee (about 2.9% + 30¢) | − $1.79 |
| Our software fee | − $1.25 |
| Lands in your Stripe account | $48.21 |
Your $1.25 convenience fee covers our $1.25 software fee, so taking a card costs you what Stripe charges: $1.79 on this order. Stripe sets its own rates and can change them. This example uses its standard US card rate.
A stop is each time your driver stops the van to make a pickup or a doorstep delivery. If you drop off several orders at the same house on one trip, that still counts as one stop. Starter's 150 stops cover about 75 full pickup-and-delivery cycles.
We'll let you know as you get close to your limit. A store that goes well past it has 15 days to move to a bigger plan, and we never stop a driver mid-route.
