Terms of Use

Last updated October 24, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Clean Racer app, the CR Business app, and the Clean Racer website and dashboard (together, "Clean Racer"). Clean Racer is provided by MOTHER PARKERSON LLC, doing business as Clean Racer ("we" and "us"). By creating an account or using Clean Racer, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Clean Racer.

1. What Clean Racer is

Clean Racer is software that connects customers with independent dry cleaners and laundries ("cleaners" or "stores") for pickup and delivery. Clean Racer is not a dry cleaner. The cleaning, pickup and delivery are provided by the store you choose, not by us. We don't handle your clothes, set the store's prices, or guarantee the quality of its work.

2. Your account

3. For customers

4. For stores

5. Messages, photos and content

You are responsible for what you send through Clean Racer. Messages between a customer and a store can be read by that store's staff. Don't send anything unlawful, harassing, misleading or that you don't have the right to share. You give us permission to store and show your content as needed to run Clean Racer.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Clean Racer. That includes trying to break or bypass its security, scraping data, impersonating someone, using it to send spam, or using it for anything unlawful or deceptive. Please treat drivers and store staff with respect. Harassing or threatening them is grounds for suspending your account.

7. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or isn't paid for (for stores). You can stop using Clean Racer at any time and can delete your account in the app under Account. A store's only owner needs to close the store first. When you delete your account, your login and personal details are removed. The orders you placed, and the payment records, photos and messages that belong to them, stay with the store, without your name or street address.

When an account ends, the parts of these terms that by their nature should continue (such as those on payment, limits on our liability, a store's duty to defend and compensate us, and resolving disputes) continue too.

8. Third-party services

Clean Racer works with Apple, Google, Stripe (for card payments, when offered) and others, including for maps, address lookups, email and phone calls. Their own terms apply to their services. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for Clean Racer. If you use Clean Racer on an Apple device, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Disclaimers

Clean Racer is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always work, be error-free, or be available at any time. We are not responsible for the actions of stores, drivers or customers.

10. Limits on our liability and resolving disputes

Clean Racer is a platform. The service, the clothing and the delivery are the store's, so claims about them are between you and the store.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, even if we were told they were possible. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to Clean Racer is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) $100.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We are also not liable for a delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as an outage at Apple, Google, Stripe, Twilio or an internet or power provider, a natural disaster, or a government action.

Stores agree to defend and compensate us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought by customers or others that come from the store's services, pricing, taxes, handling of clothing, or its breach of these terms or the law.

Resolving disputes. If something goes wrong, write to support@cleanracer.com first. Most issues can be solved informally, and we'll try to work it out with you for at least 30 days before either side goes to court. Small-claims court is always an option.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, except where the law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. When we make an important change, we'll tell you in the app or by email, and we'll give at least 30 days' notice before a change to fees, payments or plans takes effect. Continuing to use Clean Racer after a change takes effect means you accept it.

13. General

These terms, with the Store Terms and Conditions for stores and our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about Clean Racer. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given it up. You may not transfer your account or these terms to anyone else without our written consent; we may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganization of our business. We may give you notices by email or in the app.
